BCCOE MISSION STATEMENT

Skating Director Joanne McLeod
NCCP Level 4 Certified
World and Olympic Team Coach
Skating Director creates ice schedules, session criteria, off-ice programs, group enrichment classes, oversees Ice Sports Skating Academy and designs special events.
The Centre of Excellence has a Full Time Coaching Staff, Joanne McLeod (Director), Victor Kraatz / Maikki Uotila-Kraatz ,Megan Wing / Aaron Lowe (Competitive Ice Dance Coaches), Jill Marie Harvey (Jr. Academy Coordinator), Neil Wilson (Competitive Singles), Linda Brauckman (Senior Consultant). Full time coaches are all NCCP level 3 certified and have coached skaters to the National Level. These coaches teach full-time at the Centre.
Linda Brauckmann is the Centre of Excellence's Senior Consultant. She is NCCP level 4 certified and has coached a World Champion.
Part time and Freelance coaches are welcome to teach at the Centre of Excellence but must be NCCP Level 1 certified and a current member of Skate Canada.
