The Burnaby 8-Rinks facility has all that it takes to make the Centre of Excellence a superior training centre. Let's take a quick tour of the building to see just what it has to offer...

Seen from the parking lot, the glass enclosed two story entrance is spectacular.

The entrance leads you into the bottom level rink entrance. From this foyer you can pick which rink of the 8 ice sheets to go to. The Centre of Excellence is found on the first sheet on the left. Coming into the complex you are greeted with a huge foyer which guides you either the upper level (restaurant, viewing area, off-ice training, etc.) or the lower area which allows entrance to the 8 rinks and their changing rooms.

This massive complex not only houses 8 rinks (4 on either side of a center area of dressing rooms) but also a weight training/exercise room, offices for several sports organizations, a Figure Skating Pro shop, a hockey Pro shop, upstairs restaurant/licensed bar, an off-ice training room, and a great viewing/dining area from which you can see ALL eight rinks. Also Home to Vancouver Canucks (training rink)
