Club insurance now goes through BFL Canada. For more information please refer to the 2009-2010 Insurance Renewal Application Documents that were in the August Club mailing. In order to receive proof of insurance you must complete the Certificate of Insurance Request Form and submit to BFL. If you have further questions please see the contact for BFL below:
