Accepting Applications for Club Coaches 2018-19
 
Qualifications
Minimum Provincial Coach or higher (Dependent on resume, Regional Coach may be considered)
Ability to coach skaters in all disciplines (Skills/Freeskate and Dance)
Current Skate Canada Coaching Certification 
 
Requirements
- **Team player **
- Provide Instruction in private and group/team environment
- Kerrisdale offers all levels for skaters (Pre-school/Pre CanSkate, , CanSkate,  Jr. Development, Test/Competitive and Dance)
- Ability to provide Off-Ice training when required
- Must be enthusiastic, reliable and energetic with good organizational skills
- Able to communicate and interact well with skaters, coaches, parents, club volunteers and Board Members
- Must be available for every Kerrisdale FSC scheduled ice time
 
We offer approximately 20 hours per week of ice time Tuesday to Friday and Sundays, starting mid-September to mid-March.  Spring skating (reduced hours) is held at a different location on Tuesdays and Fridays starting in April to mid-June.
