The Coquitlam Skating Club is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their current coaching team. Interested applicants must have a Skate Canada full certification at Provincial level or above.
Coquitlam Skating Club is a not-for-profit organization, with over 400 members. We have robust Canskate, PowerSkate, Competitive, and STARSkate programs, which operate 12 months of the year, 6 days a week.
The successful candidate will be working with all levels of skaters, from CanSkate to nationally ranked singles competitors. We are looking for someone who has an interest in developing and growing within the club and has the passion and commitment to work collaboratively to enhance our community. The individual must be able to work well within a team concept and bring an open and team-centric approach. There is a strong demand for coaching instruction, hence a full-time position is preferred. However, there can be flexibility for the right individual.
