Kitsilano Skating Club is proud to offer Vancouver’s first ever Posture Energy Seminar featuring Louis-Georges DuFour, creator of Posture Energy, celebrated figure skater, coach and entrepreneur.

This is your opportunity to improve your Skating Posture for effortless power and flow in your skating, edges and jumps, and improve your spins and alignment.  Excellent for free skaters, ice dancers, and artistic/interpretive skaters.

Over a decade of research in directional proprioception by the Posture Energy Research Team will enhance the quality of your posture and performance for figure skating.

This Seminar is for figure skaters of all ages - kids to adults.

The minimum level of skating ability to attend the seminar is to be able to perform forward and backward cross-overs and to land a clean waltz jump.

This seminar is free for Coaches.

This is a fantastic 3 hour Seminar with on and off ice training,  and your registration fee includes the training aids you’ll be using during the Posture Energy Seminar that you get to keep!

Additional training aids will be available on Seminar Day.

The Seminar starts at 11:45am at Kitsilano Arena, Monday,
November 11th, 2019.

There will be practice ice available after the Seminar, between 5:00pm and 6:30pm, so you can buy-on and practice what you learned.  Please choose either 5:00 to 6:00pm or 5:30 to 6:30pm.  The sessions have a 30 minute overlap.

Lessons are being offered with Louis on the practice ice, so book your lesson when you register.
