The 2024 Novice Canadian Championships / Skate Canada Cup, held in Waterloo, Ontario, February 21-25, 2024, marked the culmination of the season for our BC/Yukon skaters.
BC/YT had seven entries at the Novice Canadian Championships and saw Tasha Lai & Mickey Becker-Pos capture the bronze medal in the Novice Ice Dance category.
In the Skate Canada Cup, four synchro teams competed from BC. A highlight was when Ice x Calibur, BC's Open Synchro team, secured a 6th place finish, marking the highest placement ever achieved by a BC team.
With the 2023-2024 season drawing to a close, we want to congratulate everyone on their hard work and accomplishments throughout the year.
