Courtney Lott

Courtney provides leadership and oversight for the Section’s communications, financial operations, and business development activities. She oversees the communications strategy and works closely with her team to ensure consistent, effective messaging and a strong public presence.

Her responsibilities include day-to-day financial processing, annual budgeting, financial and government reporting, grant applications, and event-related contracts. She also develops and maintains partnerships with municipal and provincial organizations and supports sponsorship and funding opportunities that advance the Section’s programs and priorities.

Courtney brings nearly a decade of experience with the Section, having held roles spanning stakeholder engagement, coaching coordination, event management, communications, and business development.
