Alex enjoyed a successful competitive skating career including seven years at the Junior and Senior levels with one of Canada's best known and most successful synchronized skating teams, Les Supremes of CPA St Leonard in Montreal. She competed extensively throughout Europe and the US at numerous International and World Championships, as well as Canadian Nationals.

She is passionate about Synchronized skating and has continued her love of the sport to the next level where she now coaches the Juvenile team of Les Supremes. With a quadruple gold designation, she also coaches other disciplines at the St. Leonard club and she is completing her BSc degree in Athletic Therapy at Concordia University in Montreal.

She credits synchronized skating as having taught her many crucial life skills such as hard work, perseverance, balance, dedication, teamwork, sportsmanship, organization and so much more. She is grateful to this sport for providing everlasting friendships and incredible memories.

Alex is excited to share her knowledge and her passion for synchronized skating with our BC Coast Region skaters, whether they are experienced synchronized skaters or those who are curious about the potential and possibilities synchro offers.
